They fired the training department, the service excellence department, completely got rid of fluoroscopy, and just hired 25 new schedulers overseas, and that’s just what we’ve heard since yesterday afternoon. They are outsourcing our jobs or just getting rid of them and expecting those of us who are left to pick up the slack. And they “can’t afford to figure out cost-of-living raises at this time.” Staff are burnt out and patients aren’t getting the care they deserve.
