We all know that the whole return to office is bullshit. Currently I work in the office but I like it. Now if I was working remotely then forced to go into the office because of corporate bullshit I'd be livid. I do have a point it's just taking me a while a to get there.
For anyone who is looking for a new WFH job have you asked your potential new employer to add a stipulation in your contract/offer letter that if they change their WFH policy you're free to quit and that the company must pay you a severance of x amount of months.
I'm just wondering if anyone has done anything like that to try and combat the office bullshit.
