My company celebrates the day before and after Thanksgiving. However because I'm maintenance I have to work those days. The part that angers me is I don't clock in as our paycom system already has it logged as a holiday and we get “comp” days where we clock in and just stay home. And to make things worse our boss is the only one who has access to this list of saved “comp” days. So I have been working my ass off to get out of debt and recently asked him how many days I have. He says 2 and I know for a fact that's not right since I've been there for over a year now. The problem is no one has access to this paper and HR won't look into it… recently I wrote a formal complaint and HR won't do anything. Im having other issues with HR as well and I'm seriously debating notifying some labor law place and see if this is ok in in the states.
