I work as a maintenance technician and I have had a lead toll for a while and I have been actively ignored by my boss. I emailed him about safety major issues and got no response verbal or written. I had enough and applied at a place three miles away. I got the job and a 35% pay raise. Don’t take anyone’s shit. Edited for spelling
