There is no problem with helping a fellow worker with a task if they fall behind for whatever reason every once a while. We all need a helping hand every now and again but if management expects you do it regularly than they need to pay you more to do it. It is that simple.

Look we all need help at work and we're going to give someone a helping hand which is a great thing, but management always tries to make it a regular thing and for free. Look, I have 0 issue with helping folks just pay me more to do it within a fair range to do it.
