Every time I take out my friends from another country they laugh at how expensive it is out here (I live in California). If you look it up online you will discover that most of what we buy here is exponentially cheaper elsewhere! Maybe when you travel and you go to the “tourist” parts is the same as over here, but for the most part, it is so much more expensive here. It's not only how expensive it is, but also the quality of life. Why the f–k am I paying taxes?? every time I go out my life expectancy drops. There is so much bs out here.
I also want to encourage you guys to demand better pay. Talk to your coworkers and ask them how much they get paid. There is no shame in that. They want us to stay ignorant. Whoever is getting paid the most, that should be your minimum. No kidding guys, they can afford it. They are getting so much more money than we are. Every time you get offered a job, NEGOTIATE YOUR PAY. They expect you to. They don't teach us that, but it is true.
I am not sure if I am making sense, over these past few years I have been flabbergasted at how bad the average American is doing. Do not get distracted by the TV/ Internet. They want to keep us distracted. Turn that s-t off. If you have kids, teach them. They should not accept “minimum wage”. They need to learn how to value themselves. Know your self-worth.
