Like the title states, they stated “quitting without notice was unprofessional” after I had been repeatedly disrespected, cussed out, undermined, not supported, etc. meanwhile their own policy states they won’t tolerate that kind of behavior yet they did nothing about it.
So what else is there to do besides respectfully and professionally show them how they lied on their own behalf with their make believe policy’s that only apply to them if needed and that I am a man of my word and am more professional than they ever could be. “It’s not our problem until it’s our problem.” Guess what, it’s your problem now isn’t it?
They had notice of what I was gonna do before I did it. I did tell them every time I was not putting up with peoples poor behavior and that once fed up with it I don’t give notice. Delusional these people are. If I’m replaceable corporate America then get to replacing… I’m sure it’s a downgrade. And if I could take it back, I wouldn’t have stopped Amber from walking out on you 2 hours before I did myself on my final day the day before I quit.
