Thinking about switching but worried about benefits

So I've been with my telecommunications company here in Atlantic Canada for over 11 years, and recently due to a reorg my team was eliminated however I and most of my team got transferred to another team. I was a sales trainer before and now the role is Territory Sales Manager. My current contract is in effect until January 1st, which then switches to $55,000 base plus quarterly bonus, vs now I make $66,000 and get a yearly bonus of about $7500. The work/life balance is way out of whack with the new role where the new boss on day one said “I won't micro manage you but just realize this isn't a typical 9 to 5 pm job” He went on to say that I should answer my phone on evenings and weekends cause my stores might not be able to close those sales if I don't. Big red flag number one.
So I've been putting out a few resumes and go for a final interview for a Sales manager position where I would have 3 people reporting to me. It's local so no more travel (lots in my current role) and I admit it would be a nice change. It is however quite different as it's a company that sells ATVs, seadoos, ski doos etc. The interviews so far have gone fine and when asked about salary expectations I didn't want to short change myself so I said I was hoping to start close to $80,000 plus bonus. The interviewer said that the owner was thinking around $75,000 plus bonus but negotiable. He said once a proven candidate has been established, the future of $100,000 is possible. So all this sounds good but I haven't spoken about company benefits which with my current employer are especially medical. I'm crossing fingers that they have a decent medical, dental and yes even pension plan but not sure. Basically worried that higher might not be the complete solution. Just been perusing this sub and thought I'd look for advice.
