As the title says, im thinking about quitting my job. Im 36F, been at my job for 2 years now, but in my position for a year. Since i got my newest position, my coworker has been on my ass and going after me, over every fucking thing. She wont fucking stop. We have the same job title(lower management), but she's been there for at least 6years. Ive done much more work than she has, ive earned my respect from the employees and treat everyone with the same respect they deserve. We work opposite shifts and the things she is supposed to get done during the day before she leaves, rarely ever gets done. She is suposed to have a checklist (that was created by me and my manager, and checked/approved by our upper) to follow and nothing on that checklist has been followed since the beginning of sept. Ive gotten talked to about things that werent done on my shift and ive since improved. Ive taken pictures of all the closing stuff ive done and making sure shit is done before I leave for the night. Ive come to work the next day with shit not being done by the morning management and taken pictures of what hasnt been done before she leaves. Should i print these pictures along with my 2 weeks notice? Ive talked with upper management about this stuff but nothing has been done. Upper management is known to take sides with the morning crew and its pissing me off. Im soo done with it. How do i go about this? Should I wait until the end of the year when I go on my vacation and then hand in my 2 weeks? I can wait 2months but i want to do this with evidence that the morning crew gets away with a lot of shit and the night crew gets shitted on. Help me!!
