Thinking of rage applying for a new job.

I’m not getting fired, I’m not looking to change careers. I think I just want to put some rage energy out in the hiring realm with a simple technique I start off asking what the hourly rate is. Not wait till the end an interview at the ‘do you have any questions for us’ part, but sit down, and as they go to speak, ask, “based on my qualifications and experience, what do they propose to pay”. If it’s low, I walk. If they say that they’ve not considered what to position as pay rate is, I walk. If it’s not low, I stay for the interview. Will I get many job offers? No. May not get any. But I think the industry need to occasionally encounter the ‘there are workers out there, but they’re not willing to work for how much we are paying’ experience
