Long story short, job sucks I had to get it to pay for bills. I did sign a agreement stating that if I don’t put it a full 2 weeks notice before I quit that I will be paid minimum wage. I saw online that in my state it’s illegal to deduct from hours worked but of course if I sign a agreement then I’m stuck in it. This job is cleaning toliets, wiping tables, restocking paper products. Does this agreement make sense to anyone? I understand they need time to find a replacement but it’s cleaning shit for Christ sake
