This is how I feel, what’s the deal?

For a little over a year I’ve been a customer service rep. I’ve learned a lot about my job so much to the point where I am doing well in my own life. But as time goes on I’ve noticed things just happen to go bad in a short amount of time. Anyone who has this line of work knows it’s torture, and for some reason you’re subject to judgement as if you’re not working to help. With the introduction aside I’d like to vent a bit. I hate my job not because I want to, but because they want me to be miserable. (if I could show you proof… I’d do it) We have metrics we need to meet and honestly I do an incredible job. Anyone who has this line of work knows it’s torture, and for some reason you’re subject to judgement as if you’re not working to help.

With the introduction aside I’d like to vent a bit.

I hate my job not because I want to, but because they want me to be miserable. (if I could show you proof… I’d do it)
We have metrics we need to meet and honestly I do an incredible job. Except I noticed there’s a lot of crosstalk that leads to my customers getting hostile which eventually leads to bad scores which prevents me from moving up.

This cross talk isn’t normal like a frequency interference. I can hear someone mocking me, using my name etc, and I’ve had another Co-worker express the same experiences.

Sometimes can feel disturbance throughout my body or a demand for my attention. most people call this anxiety, but I’m not worried and this and this leads to a mistake or interruption. Customers use that as an excuse to act indignant.

I’ve been through something similar at another job before and they wrongfully fired me. My last job (I quit for good reasons)for my current position.

I’m not a misanthrope but I am a hermit.

I say this because. I strongly believe this is tactic of Racism. this is very much similar to my other rocky adulthood experiences. (When I tried to get help back then I noticed certain people were scared to even help.) It takes a lot for a guy like me to just quit.

This is discrimination. But is it to justify the turnover rate. Do they just not like me, or is it time to just leave?
I know they want me confused but their actions are so obvious it’s hard to be.
