I just got my check today and had to go in the bathroom to cry. 125 bucks, because Harris Teeter(who raked in 4.5 billion dollars last year)wants to barely schedule anyone and only pays their cashiers 10-12/hr. Mind you, a living wage in NC is 16.50. I don't know what the point if this post is, I'm just tired of ending my shifts in so much pain I can barely walk after hours of lifting and bagging people's shit, just so I can still barely make it week to week. God, I can't wait to quit.
