This plastic surgeon was a total jerk to me, made all the promises and daily degraded me. Underpaid me after we agreed on a salary. He would berate me for his mistakes like an unattached ear or a pucker on an eyelid when I don’t have anything to do w the surgery.

He would give me and other managers mixed messages and I would get caught in the middle as a mid level provider. It was uncomfortable but he promised to make it all better and even put my name up in a company presentation that I was going full time in July but then next day terminated me by email bc “he just felt like it” I could have taken other opportunities but I was loyal to the work and the patients. I had the best reviews and made the most $$ of any NP that’s ever worked there Basically I feel unjustified and would like to let him have it. Can anyone help me w an idea?
