This Subreddit

I figured I’d ask people across the board here given I would like to get information on people’s feelings about work on this subreddit. I get the subreddit is literally r/antiwork but I’m still curious. A main question I have is about the conditions people work in, given I see plenty of people posting their employers’ shit policies. Are there some people here that would consider returning to work if the conditions and benefits of working were drastically improved? In the 20th century, Henry Ford took to improving the benefits and general welfare of his employees in what is called “Welfare Capitalism” which is what made working for him and the Ford Motor Company more appealing than his competitors for job-seekers. If this idea was revived, would people here be willing to return to work? I don’t mean to upset anyone, I just want to hear what people think.
