I was at previous employers where I was treated terribly by management. I am now at a job where I thought things were different and management was better but I’m feeling like things are not. Im hybrid re ok mote and the ceo sent an email around saying employees are to respect their bosses and that if work is still incorrect then employees will be mandated to come back into the office for “training”. It’s like the dangling carrot pulled once again from me. And the managers are either unavailable or rushed. I like the remote work but damn I feel so burned out. And I was genuinely sick last month and dragged myself in bc I wanted to be dedicated but god here I am again and kicking myself for being such a fool. I feel so lost with work with nowhere to go and feeling like the management at each place is all the Same.
