Thoughts on job hopping?

Older people shame people (especially younger) when they can’t stay at a job longer than a year. Personally, I’ve made significantly more with each job since graduating college. However, I get really tired of the job, team, and overall work culture (or lack thereof). Does it look bad when you’re applying to a new job even if you haven’t been at your current one for at least a year? For me, it’s obviously about money and also about career growth, if I feel stuck then I need to leave. I’m in nyc too so the job market is tough.
