Basically I’ve been working a sales job for the last year, around May I got a new part time job and my old sales job started paying me like $500 every two weeks plus a gas card. I did absolutely no work and would basically just answer emails and phone calls but never actually work my territory. It’ll be extremely hard to prove but I wanted to see if anyone thinks I could get sued for this. Also extremely small company with around 10 reps and not a ton of money. Thanks.
