Tips for asking for Bilingual Pay Raise?

I work at a major tech company and they recently told us that there will ~never~be additional pay for speaking with both Spanish and English clients. People were upset and asked to be changed to only speaking to English clients instead and the company shot it down as we “were only hired due to the languages we mentioned we spoke” eye roll. Any tips on how to confront management once again about offering bilingual incentives??
