Literally what the title says. Throwaway account.
To preface this, I work as a clerk in a service company, while the troll mentioned is the janitor. He never takes my requests seriously, makes me repeat myself twice, or thrice, in a row before laughing at my face, or just simply ignores me altogether. I have reported him to appropriate supervisor/manager level, but all that I got, so far, was “relax, it's how he is” and “because you reported him, he will try to push you even further”. No one stands up for me as he is liked among my coworkers/supervisors, so I'm the only one that dared to go against him.
I'm sick of this. Need tips on how to deal with him. I have already considered quitting at this point, so any advices that are NOT quitting would be appreciated. Thanks!
