To Amazon workers: Has it made a difference?

I've stopped using Amazon altogether for the last two years and have no regrets. With union busting, Amazon prioritizing profit over human lives, and many other horror stories about them, I can't help but feel it's not making a difference. I mean, I know I'm only one person, but they continue to be fed by the masses, regardless of membership price hikes, sacrificing their own privacy in some cases, for the sake of convenience and consumerism. I don't plan on ever using Amazon again, but I want to ask: has it made a difference? If it has help in some small way, then that's enough for me.
