Today the ice cream machine broke in the factory I’m working

I arrived at work today at the Nestlé factory, where we produce ice cream. The machine was broken before we entered the factory. It was broken for 4 hours and we couldn't wait outside the factory and inside the facility, where we can exist without wearing noise-proof headphones or dust-proof clothing; and use our cell phones and talk. I was waiting and waiting for the machine to be fixed, so I decided to get comfortable, stand in the corner and just close my eyes. Then suddenly my boss appears and scolds me for my lack of enthusiasm, I reply that there is no work to do so I was just trying to kill time. Then he replies that he was expecting a 'youthful' personality and that I should be more awake. I told him I had all the energy to work on any job he had to offer in any other production line. Then he responded in the strangest way I could imagine: 'I ask you to be awake, but I don't need you to work on any other lines, because people don't like to be on multiple lines. You already show me that you can learn quickly, but if you don't fix your attitude, you are of no use to me.'

I just said “okay,” but I was surprised. I am already giving my 100% learning every position they give me and trying to do it hard. But they also want me to stand, looking at the ceiling, showing off my “youthful” energy and pretending that I like working in a factory. I don't break anyone's balls, so I don't think anyone cares where I stand and what I do, but factories now have a corporate obligation to have a “great time” at work. Working in a factory is being a robot, and they want 'youthful' robots. I have already given them time and work. Maybe I'm exaggerating, or maybe I'm not.
