Tomorrow first thing in the morning I'll call my manager. I've been going back and forth with HR to get them to pay my pat leave. The company have a policy where they'll meet up to 75% of my salary. Government gives 70%, company matches 5%, everything is good. Unless the HR rep doesn't know basic mathematics and says that 70% is bigger than 75% without explanation.
So this is the 4th time they put me in a bad spot and now it messes with my family's revenue. Hope they're ready to pay or happy ti find a replacement.
