Hello so I just got a job and I think this is a little too much, I wake up at 5am, drive to work get there about 630, I work until 4pm then drive home. Almost a 3 hour drive each day. Then the same company wants me to work at another building because they need help so I work from 6:30 to 11 and get home about midnight. I do this 5 days a week, my wife wants me to quit because she never gets to see me during the week. Is this being taken advantage of?
My wife works from 8-6pm. 4 days a week.
I don't even go home during 4-6 because it's pointless to drive an hour driving to be home for an hour so I just drive straight to the building and wait until 630. On top of that the supervisor comes and checks my work after I'm done and then he sends me pictures of things I missed each night saying “you need to do better you've been here for a month this isn't acceptable”.
I'm feeling like it's too much. I'm just sick and tired of job hoping, I've never had a job for more than a year and I'm 27…
