How hard is it to get out of training agreements that list years worked or you pay a percentage back? I can prove 4 out of 6 are absolutely needed for me to do the job I am being paid for. Without them they couldn’t be completed efficiently. I’ve ran into the problem of I hate my management (I should say lack of) and their hours/on call is bs
