Edit – apologise for typo in title. I am the manager of a neglected department, after a year of asking for more staff, I finally gave up and resigned. I have two weeks left of my month notice and they have just now given me someone to train in the department as an entry level employee. They said I will have someone to train as the manger by next week. How do you handle this situation? I have no staff that can do the training for me. But honestly I could care less at this stage.
