I am suing my boss for wrongful termination. This week we have a trial.., but I happened to see my boss being extremely happy today.
This is different from the expectation I had. I thought the company would have done something to her by now (such as suspension) after seeing what she has done to me.
I have all the evidence of her wrongdoing. The company did not care. EEOC told me to forget about EEOC and move on with my life until they call me a year later or so.
My lawyer said we will have a good lawsuit, but the way company allows her to continue in her position makes me believe this may not be true.
What is the meaning of lawsuit? I feel like nothing will change as no one cares
