I would never agree to a group interview with other candidates. But was I given a choice? No. I was lied to by ommission and told that I would be doing an interview with a certain manager. You can imagine how surprised and stupid I felt when I logged onto zoom and there were otjer candidates on there. I sent the manager an email explaining that I would have appreciated transparency and honesty about the interview format and that I will not be pursuing the position any further.
