Long story short, I'm being overworked, underpaid, and micro-managed. I'm tired. I need a shower and don't have time. And frankly I'm done with this industry. Two and a half years. Several companies. All BS.
How do I get the other drivers to walk away with me? I'm fed up with this industry and I can't just walk away. Something has to change. These are some of the most exploited workers I've ever seen.
