Trying to get acclimated in a job I’m enjoying but I’m worried about lack of mental healthcare. Any tips?

I’ve been at a new position for a couple weeks and things are going really smoothly. Timeframes that management thought would take me months to get trained on are getting done quicker than they could’ve ever hoped and they’ve been sure to let me know I’m progressing along better than even what they already had a high bar for. It’s been a great validation that I’ve found a good team. Here’s the crux of my issue. I’ve been dealing with mental health issues, primarily anxiety, depression, PTSD, and awful insomnia exacerbated by the previously mentioned diagnoses. Here’s the crux of my issue. I’ve been dealing with mental health issues, primarily anxiety, depression, PTSD, and awful insomnia exacerbated by the previously mentioned diagnoses. It’s been know to causes problems when I’ve tried to prioritize work, but when your body sometimes goes 30-36 hours without sleep without your say in the matter and it causes other health issues, it can’t exactly be ignored.

I want to be able to address these issues but due to the fact that I don’t qualify for benefits until the 1st after my first 60 days, I don’t have coverage until then. So I’ve been off my SNRIs and my augmented course meant to deal with both my insomnia and my anxiety for 3 months now and I don’t know what I can do in between shifts where I’m already exhausted just by tackling the learning curve of a new job.

I’ve missed a couple days due to issues flaring up, so they know it’s something I’m predisposed to but I’m wanting to figure out a way to survive a bit better until I have health coverage. I just have a lot of bad experiences when it pertains to employers and my illnesses and I know that even people who seemed nice before become very difficult the second they think you could possibly be using illness to get out of stuff.

Any advice on how to get my meds without being charged out the ass and needing a psych appt to even get the scripts refilled
