I just wanted to make a post in solidarity and and start a discussion on what can be done to support the strike.
I'm not a huge fan of the wierd hybrid strategy of a partial walkout, but I'm not an expert so I'm interested to see what the big picture is.
I'm also slightly amused (mostly annoyed) at what I perceived to be a blackout of info on the strike . Before Thursday it felt like it was plastered all over the place, now I have to actively look into it to stay in the loop. I would like to see more attention paid to the UAW strike, a media blackout is definitely not in the workers favor . There was a time this sub was quickly becoming an engine for change, what can we do to start that engine again and get some solidarity and attention made to the strikers ?
