Unable to take my 30 minute break. Is this allowed?

I work in a place where there is usually one other person working and I am the only morning cashier. Usually another cashier comes in around 2pm so I am able to take my break. Starting a few weeks ago, my boss has been putting two non-English speaking cooks with no cashier except for me on morning shift. I am unable to leave for my 10 minute or 30 minute break because I have to help any customer that comes in. It’s literally start break, sit down, customer walks in, end break, help customer, repeat for the entire 10/30 minutes.
