However, the policy restricts us to taking only 5 days per month and a maximum of 2 days per week. This rigid limitation is causing immense frustration for many of us. But that's not all. The real kicker is that some employees are granted the luxury of working from home for a full month, while the rest of us living in the same city aren't allowed to work from home for more than 3 days in a row.
