What are your opinions of the feasibility of unionizing H2B workers? Most of the non-management positions at the company I work at are H2Bs, and their contracts are around 6 months at a time for seasonal work. It's technically legal for them to join a union, but I am doubtful as to whether a unionization drive would work with them.
