Was wondering if any of y’all might have experience unionizing in businesses that aren’t at the forefront of the market and are just start up businesses (went public not too long ago, maybe within a year or 2).
I don’t think my work conditions are horrible, there’s a lot of bullshit, but mainly wanted to see if anybody here knows about, has experienced, or can point in the right direction unionizing under start ups.
I work in the biotech field and was considering unionizing considering all the benefits it leads to surrounding businesses and adjacent fields.
