Allow me to vent. I know I'll be paid but it's been 8 weeks, and management is just forgetting.
Back story, I had vacation scheduled in July, nothing special just 1 of the 2 weeks (3 weeks total) had to select last December. Was ask in June to take a 3 day class at a well know university during that week. Was told I would be paid for that class time or given vacation time to use another time, as per company policy. I was paid my 40 vacation time for the week. No one at work is denying I am owed those hour, but my accural time has not been restored, nor have I received pay. It's just frustrating to hound them every week , and getting the same answers, “It will be fixed next week”.
If I step it up and go to cooperate that get to be a crap storm, and local management will find a way to retaliate. Cooperate has blind, deaf, and mute mentality to problems.
