Y’all have such great insights & we’re super supportive by giving me stellar advice, so I just wanted to say you guys are the GOATS!
I will have you know, I turned in my two weeks on Thursday 🥳
Boss emailed me Wednesday night telling me to ‘prepare to meet with her in her office Thursday morning’, so I ChatGPT’d my resignation, handed it to her first thing, then she makes a final effort to power trip me by suggesting I just resign that day bc I can’t seem to get my forms right. She says she’s fine letting me stay the two more weeks as long as I ‘get better about correcting my attendance forms’, but should just resign today if I’m not willing to do that. I assured her I have been correcting/updating my forms everyday as instructed and uploading them to the shared file like I’m supposed to. She then says something along the lines of ‘we’ll ok, I agree that employment elsewhere is what’s best for you’.
It took everything in me to bite my tongue and not reply ‘yeah, bc I deserve better than this shit.’ I instead smiled and offered to help her get everything organized and prepped for the next teacher that comes in.
My last day is the 26th. I have a mini vacation planned for that weekend
