Here is my updated review. This got rejected, I reached out to Indeed and nobody will help. They just keep telling me it violates their guidelines, nothing specific that they could point out.
“I enjoyed the high quality of medicine and all of the interesting cases. It was quite rewarding, and it truly felt like all of the doctors and staff were focused on providing the best patient care. It was easy for me to take lunch breaks and I usually was able to leave on time by the end of my shift.
But I didn't feel like I was given enough feedback beyond my first 2-3 weeks. It could also get stressful during some shifts, and I felt like I couldn't really advance and be involved with new skills at some point because I was so busy with the patients I already was assigned to. I got some conflicting feedback as well, which left me wondering how to get better when (for example) one person was telling me I needed to take initiative and ask more questions, and another was telling me I needed to stop asking basic questions. I felt like some of the negative feedback I got from certain people was not completely fair and was more based on assumption.
Management seemed to have expectations for my professional growth, but I never felt like I knew what direction I was supposed to take and eventually started to feel uncomfortable about the lack of feedback. Most people here are willing to help you when you're new, but some just aren't. So it really sucked when I was on a shift with people who would treat me like I was incapable but would also get annoyed with me for asking about something I've never used/done before. How are you supposed to learn then? I felt like there was a low morale on days like that, especially when people were not getting along/being moody with each other. Hard to succeed when you feel like you can’t trust your coworkers.”
I can’t mention anything more specific, or else it gets taken down for accusations of bullying or some shit .
