So my stalker stopped coming to my job because someone told him I was trying to pursue a restraining order. Without a restraining order he can also show up whenever he wants. That's too much anxiety for me. I have a second job now but I won't tell anyone at work where for obvious safety reasons.
My job hired another supervisor to replace me and she was trained on almost every position, before she suddenly quit. I told the kids it was not a good look to give all my responsibilities (bitch work) to a black person, but they were not nice to her. Someone said 'I should not have told her she wouldn't get 40 hours even after training'. I asked 'Were they planning on giving her 40 hours?' and they said 'No but I didn't need to tell her that.' She has kids and needed that information.
I started a new job Monday and I am trying to stay humble. Of course I get chewed out for everything I do, that is not their way of doing things. They have promised not to promote me from crew without more training. Everyone is expected to act like adults, wash dishes, do their own job and clean at the new place.
I have to give my old place my availability for the next schedule tomorrow. I am really tempted to just give two weeks but I also want to make sure the nice people get time off during the holiday. Two supervisors are graduating and will be available during the day soon.
I move Friday and I was planning on being unpacked before I looked for a second job. I had an interview and my Mom knew what time it was, but she blew up my phone with abusive texts during the interview. I obviously bombed that interview. I got more resumes and brought them around and was hired on the spot.
This week is going to be pretty rough but it's also my boyfriend's birthday so I have a bender penciled in.
