Do you ever wonder why certain places are always hiring? (Hospital, in this case?). Our management is so into how well you do on your knees, rather than how you work. Favoritism is so rampant and people are afraid to do anything. Our manager is a straight up gangster and threatens you with termination and write ups right away. If you don’t conform to the way they do things, you don’t get shit. Other people get moved around and your stuck. We are a non-union hospital, I have decided to say f&$k it, not worth my mental health to deal with these asshats! Started to look for something else, have only told a certain few. The looks on their faces is priceless, they have now started to look. So by my count, about a third of the department will be bouncing soon. Manager like this should not be rewarded but they are!
