Seeking advice – is this normal? My manager, without warning, told me right before Thanksgiving that I am being put on corrective action. Her list of trangressions includes minor errors from the last three months, including one time that I filed a document incorrectly after staying on 3 hours late to cover HER project.
Is it normal to be on corrective action for minor mistakes? I understand the goal in a job is to not make mistakes, but I really don't feel like the list she gave me reflects anything that threatened my performance, our teams performance, or the business as a whole.
