There are a lot os US based posts so I've picked up a few thinks mentioned, im currently on 8.5 weeks annual leave a year and my colleague around 7-7.5 depending on time served. Is it really common in the US to have 2 weeks or less per annum, and if so how do you actually get time for holidays, to unwind, to move house etc etc etc? Curious is all.
