My current employer has pulled some shady moves lately and I have some interviews lined up. At first I was just going to not show back up if I got a different job. (Which I’ve never done before). However I have like 2 weeks of sick pay because I never use it.. if I were to call out for as many days as I could get away with, would I be at risk of any legal action or anything if they found out I was not sick?
