I don't know why employers get so riled up and put notice papers all over the place to tell people to not have their phone(s) on them while working, especially in retail jobs.
I understand and am aware that some can abuse it but that's not what I'm talking about.
I mean, if it's slow as fuck I'm gonna check my DMs real quick, what if I get an emergency call or text?
What do you guys think, do you do it too anyway?
