This may sound foolish, but when applying for a job, we should really get a look at our hiring managers (recruiters) resume. Yes, there is LinkedIn, but I want to see the resume they got hired with. Like what made them stand out or was it because they knew someone. If they moved up in the company, that's a different story. I want to see if their experience relates to the position they have. I want to see if they got hired because of their “experience” or if they got it by luck or knowing someone. Like I want to know if this a** hat has the experience to actually reject me. Lmao I'm posting this as mostly sarcasm but it does make me wonder.
