Quick Quesh, I'm applying for a ton of jobs, and they all have voluntary self-disclosure about race, veteran status, sexuality, and disabilities. I have partial hearing loss on one side and wear hearing aids. Doesn't stop me from anything. Do I bother clicking yes I have a disability, should I say no, or decline to answer? I'm getting ghosted either way, so I'm not sure it makes a difference, but… What's the right play here? Am I screwing myself over in any way? Any thoughts? Thanks!
