In January I will have my annual salary review and I don't know how much it will be. I'm sure it will at least be the same rise as the CPI has in the country, but beyond that I'm not sure. I've been having interviews for other companies these days with offers that exceed my current salary (before the increase) by between 16% and 24%. Would you wait for the annual increase in January or would it be a better idea to switch earlier if the offer comes through?
