I work at a well known Central Ga (US) Pub and Grill. I went to HR to to see if temporary disability or unemployment would be an option. I was told that I was shit out of luck. I have multiple herniated disk in my neck that are causing continuous nerve pain and numbness in my primary arm. I was told that I need surgery very soon to maintain my current function. What are my option? Am I being fed a line by HR. I've worked there for a decade and I'm feeling abandoned.
