I have been sick since last Thursday, but this weekend and yesterday I have gotten much worse, I am coughing up blood and bleeding from my nose and my throat hurts a lot, but I also like my job and I want to go and I don't want to be fired from my job, what should I do? I currently work at a construction site with a good salary but I didn't go yesterday either because of my illness.
