Want to leave my job but worried what it will do with my record

Started a new warehouse job it’s my third job ever I’m still working another job but only on weekends the warehouse job is awful and want to leave without saying anything only been here for three days but heard that leaving without a notice can affect my record when applying to another job when they do a background check is this true or not. What will happen if I don’t show up at all on Monday?
